Helpdesk Issues

[09.54] As of around 2pm yesterday (14th February 2012), problems with a server here in the office (nothing to do with the servers running the email service) have prevented us from being able to access our helpdesk.

Unfortunately this means there may be a slight delay in responding to help queries.

We are still investigating the cause of the issue at the moment, and hope for normal service to be resumed as soon as possible.

Scheduled Maintenance - 12th February 2012

17:43 on 10th Feb

On Sunday 12th February between 21:00 and Midnight, we will be performing some maintenance on our storage servers. During this time there will be some disruption to the service as the storage servers are briefly taken offline. We do not anticipate the outage to last more than 30 minutes.

 

[23:10] All maintenance work has been completed and the service is back online.

Outage Alert - Storage Issue [Resolved]

20:41 on 26th Jan

[20:35] We have just been paged that a storage server is having some issues. This will likely cause access difficulties and we are investigating now. 

[20:43] We are in the process of bringing the server back online. Will be up again in just a few minutes. 

[20:53] Service Restored. Apologies for the trouble.
