SMTP (sending) Connections Improved
 Over the last few days the number of SMTP connections avaialble for outbound mail occassinally hit the maximum allowed causing certain send attempts from email clients to fail and require retransmission. We have increased this limit and things should now operate more smoothly.

System Stable
11:45 -  Things look stable again so please continue usage as normal. One of the IMAP servers went down but the system did not fail over correctly. We will find and correct this problem so that it does not happen again.

Temporary Restore
 11:20 - We have restored service although there may be a few further interruptions as things stablise again. Aplogies for this morning's outage, we are looking into the causes.

 We are looking into webmail login issues and will give an update asap.

Online
 17:47 - Looks like things are online. We've also done some re-routing of our own systems to try to direct your logins via an unaffected segment of the network that we can control. If this attack hits again (in the same way) we should be able to continue service anyway.

Another DDoS Attack
17:27 -  Dear Members - Unfortunately another DDoS attack has been launched against our hosting providers. This is what happened earlier and it is external to our control. Our datacentre admins will re-route the attack to restore service but this will take a few minutes. Will keep you updated.

 12:47 - Looks like we have service restored. We need to confirm that this is correctly resolved but it looks like things are back to working order. Thanks for your patience everyone.

Outage Update
12:45 - Our data centre providers have confirmed that they are having some issues that are affecting the data centre as a whole. They are currently diagnosing the issue and will restore full service as soon as possible. No precise details yet but we will keep you informed.
