My email forwarding is not working.
Forwarding to a Gmail account
If you have set up your Domain address to forward to a Gmail one and want to send a test email, you will need to send it from a different account. This is because Gmail sees the email being sent from itself through Domain, and subsequently deletes it as spam before it reaches your inbox - it will never arrive.
Forwarding to another external account
If you can't find an email that you were expecting to be forwarded to you, you might need to check your 'Junk' or 'Trash' folders.
If you are still unable to find it, it may be that the same situation as with Gmail above is occurring, and you can test this by sending an email from a different account.

When looking for an email, information such as the Sender Email Address, Subject and the Date/Time it was sent is essential to us when searching the server logs for you, so the more information you can provide, the faster we will be able to find it.
