JSTOR Access Issues

We are currently aware of issues affecting some users trying to access JSTOR via the eJournals link. This issue has been acknowledged by JSTOR as an unintended side effect of their current platform upgrades.

They have apologised for any inconvenience caused by this, and asked us to advise any users who are experiencing these issues to keep an eye on their support news feed here: http://about.jstor.org/jstor-help-support/jstor-updates?cid=dsp_platform_updates_ad

Or their Twitter news feed here: https://twitter.com/jstorsupport

Also, if you have any specific questions or queries you can log a support ticket with JSTOR here: http://www.jstor.org/action/showContactSupportForm (Although we have been informed that they are experiencing a particularly large number of support tickets presently, so replies may be delayed.)

As always, if you have any questions or queries related to this or any other issue then please do not hesitate to contact our support team at help@aluminati.net

EDIT 9:41am GMT 19/10/2015: Although we have not received official confirmation from JSTOR, internal tests show that the login issue appears to be resolved. If you are still encountering any issues with access to JSTOR then please contact our helpdesk using the email address above.
